Kids Ocean Day is the culmination of a year-round school assembly program by the Malibu Foundation. The annual field trip provides students with a fun, hands-on opportunity to experience the beach and bring classroom lessons and the assembly to life. Thousands of students from Los Angeles-area schools clean-up and participate in a giant aerial artwork that sends a message of ocean conservation to the world.

9:00 am - Aerial Art Team
9:30 am - Schools Arrive & Beach Clean-Up
10:45 am - Kid’s Lunch @ Aerial Art
11:45 am - Form Aerial Art
12:15 pm - Helicopter fly-by
1:00 pm - Kids Recycle & Depart
1:30 pm - Volunteer Lunch
